McDorcis Solutions is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of generated documents without professional legal review.

5. Advocate Referrals

When Juahaki AI refers you to an advocate:

• The advocate is an independent legal professional registered with the Law Society of Kenya (LSK).
• Any engagement between you and the advocate creates a separate advocate-client relationship governed by the Advocates Act and LSK professional standards.
• McDorcis Solutions does not supervise, control, or guarantee the quality of services provided by referred advocates.
• Fees for advocate services are agreed upon directly between you and the advocate and are separate from Juahaki AI service fees.
• Complaints about advocate conduct should be directed to the LSK Disciplinary Committee.

6. No Guarantee of Outcomes

We do not guarantee any specific legal outcome based on information or documents provided through the Service. Legal outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
